Susan has worked as the BiGJAWs Youth for Christ under the title of "receptionist" but has done so much more than her title gave her credit for the past 5 years. Now entering her 6th year, Susan is our PACE Partner (Prayer, Accountability, Care, Encouragement) for our entire staff within our chapter.

Before her job here, she was an elementary teacher for 27 years and also served as a nurse. She is married to her husband, Lynn.
"My favorite part of the job is encouraging the directors. I admire each one and have the privilege of recognizing the directors' birthdays, anniversaries, and other accomplishments. I know that these people are always pouring into their students' lives, so it is so important for someone to encourage them. This role is so fulfilling to me."
