Rhonda joined the BIGJAWs Youth for Christ staff in February 2009 as the Medical Billing Coordinator for Life Matters Counseling (a ministry of YFC).  After Life Matters Counseling dissolved in June 2014, she transferred to Administrative Assistant for the chapter.  In the fall of 2018, she transitioned to the role of Development Director.  Beginning in 2020, Rhonda became the Chief Operations Officer and, eventually, the Chief Development Officer in 2022.  In this role, she is able to expand her previous duties as Development Director by continuing to lead the staff with all fundraising efforts and donor development, as well as our new Corporate Sponsorship program.

While not directly involved in ministry at Youth for Christ, Rhonda enjoys her administrative role and being able to assist the ministry staff as they advance the kingdom of God in our community.

Rhonda and her husband, Doug, have two children - Natalie and Brady.
